Marble Party Number 2
My class filled the marble jar for a second time last week, and so we voted on what to do to celebrate. This Friday, we will be having a "Pillow Party." They can change into their PJs, bring a pillow, and we'll have cocoa and popcorn and watch a movie.
Actually seems like it will be a lot of fun.

do you have to rationalize this to the administration? (Have a lesson plan or something? or was that only last year . . .)
Just not telling them... I asked about the last party and the principal made it seem like I didn't need to ask. So this time, I'm not asking.
Besides, it's often better to ask for forgiveness than permission, as I found out in the case of the class pet!
